由聚丙烯纤维制成的织物易燃烧,并伴有燃烧滴熔现象,这一点限制了它的使用范围。聚丙烯纤维的阻燃改性主要是通过添加改性和阻燃后整理的方法制备。
The fabric made of polypropylene fiber is easy to burn and accompanied by burning drop melting, which limits its use. The flame retardant modification of polypropylene fiber is mainly prepared by adding modification and flame retardant finishing.
聚丙烯主要通过利用卤素阻燃剂和三氧化二锑等协效剂共同作用来获得阻燃效果,通常首先在聚丙烯切片中添加高浓度的阻燃剂及其它助剂,经过共混制造阻燃母粒,然后与常规聚丙烯切片纤维熔融纺丝成形,制备具有阻燃性的聚丙烯纤维。磷-溴协效阻燃体系用于聚丙烯纤维的阻燃具有良好的阻燃效果,环境污染小,而磷-氮协效阻燃体系用于聚丙烯纤维具有更好的阻燃效果,但是在聚丙烯纤维中的应用条件相对较高。
The flame retardant effect of polypropylene is mainly achieved by the combination of halogen flame retardant and antimony trioxides. Usually, high concentration of flame retardant and other additives are added to the polypropylene chips first, then the flame retardant masterbatch is manufactured by blending, and then the polypropylene fibers with flame retardancy are prepared by melt spinning with conventional polypropylene chip fibers. Phosphorus bromine synergistic flame retardant system has good flame retardant effect on polypropylene fiber, and environmental pollution is small, while phosphorus nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system has better flame retardant effect on polypropylene fiber, but the application conditions in polypropylene fiber are relatively high.
